Puerto Rico!!!

Holy balls folks. We leave for Puerto Rico in less than 2 weeks!!! I desperately need to lose like 8 more pounds. I'll settle for 5. Tell me what I need to do! A bikini!?!?! At 5 months post pregnancy?!?!?! I know some people are like "Huh? That was PLENTY of time for you to be back in shape you fatty!" And I know, I know. I really should have picked up the pace earlier but I procrastinate. I always have and I don't see that changing anytime soon. So don't preach to me about my slacking in the shape up department, I know already. I need tips! What is the best way to tone this tummy in just under 2 weeks? (And I don't want to hear about any home enemas. I am not willing to do that.)

Also, please tell me what I need to do so that I don't miss Charlie like CRAZY while we are gone. I'm assuming that drinking insane amounts of alcohol on the beach will help. Any other ideas? B/c this face will be SO missed!!!

Try the Harcombe diet. You can lose up to five pounds in the first five days. It basically works on the principle that you don't mix animal fats and carbs - so you can have meat/fish and veg/salad, or potatoes/pasta with veg/salad. I do this diet on and off, and have lost weight eating things like nothing but cheese for lunch. If you google it you can find a five day plan for free based on its principles.

I'm not sure how you can not miss your child though. The alcohol sounds like a good idea! (Make up for not being able to drink when you were pregnant!)

My husband and I leave for Jamaica tomorrow for a week and we have a four month old at home. I am glad we aren't the only crazy ones that take a vacation with a new baby at home!

I haven't lost all the baby weight, but I do plan on eating, drinking, and sleeping lots:) Have fun!!
