It's Thanksgiving time, so don't be a turkey (b/c I'll eat you)

Okay guys. I need your help. And your help comes in the form of clicking a link and making a comment. How easy is that??? Serious easy.


My wonderful, kind and giving neighbors are going to donate 2 ounces of baby formula for every comment they get on this post through the month of November. The more comments that are left the more formula they will donate. It's as simple as typing "great idea!" or "babies are cute thanks for helping to feed them!" or even "don't kick the baby!"

Here is what inspired her to do this:


"I have been seeing other bloggers share their generosity by doing "cans for comments" postings and I thought it was a really cool idea, which got me thinking about what more I can do to help others.This also reminded me of a news story I heard about a year ago that really bothered me. The story was about a baby who had passed away because the mom had been struggling financially so she was trying to stretch out her supply of formula by adding more water to the bottles than the recommended amount. After a period of time this made the baby ill. The boys were just newborns at the time and I was in that phase where all I did was mix bottles and feed babies and the story just made me sick to my stomach. But reminded me how fortunate we are to able to afford to feed our children."


*If you don't do this I will know that you are a baby hater and the devil has a special place reserved in hell for baby haters. But don't worry. I'll be on the bus to hell too. Just not for hating babies. It will be more for something like taking the Lord's name in vain one million-gagillionty times in my short life or peeing in public or stealing frozen burritos from the gas station while drunk. Wait. Now I'm confusing hell w/ jail. Well whatever. I'll be in jail, you'll be in hell. Either way. We both lose. (Unless you comment, then you will go straight to heaven while I sit in jail... has this convinced you yet? I sure hope so.)
