Just what you all have been dying to see! Ugly Sweater Party pics! Like promised, just a little later than I'd planned!

I think Wade won the ugly sweater contest. I may be biased since I am the one who actually found and purchased the sweater for him (and it is actually a woman's sweater w/ shoulder pads!!!) but seriously, it is awesome. The sweater combined w/ his comb over made him one attractive mo-fo! :)

My sweater with teddy bears on it reminds me of something that girls wore in grade school however this sweater was not the size of a grade school girl since it fit me. Unless she was an oddly large grade school girl. Regardless, I never had one of these bear sweaters but I remember friends who did. They came in different colors too. Totally hot right? I know Wade was totally diggin it. :) Keith and Jess won the matching couple award. Can you believe she found both of the sweaters at a thrift store? And they are both women's sweaters too. I guess women just have uglier sweaters than men. They blinged their outfits up w/ some classy jewelry. Keith's gold chain was tight!

And you can't tell in the pic but Erika's sweater (the teal sweater vest) had a lighthouse embroidered on it. So scenic! And Beth looked like Hillary Clinton gone bad w/ that red sweater and huge jewelry! :)

Luckily for us Beth made Mitch put shorts on under that pj shirt b/c if it were up to him he'd be running around in his boxers! Phew! Thanks Beth! :)

All in all I think we nailed the ugly sweater requirements. What do you think? Who's is the best ugly sweater? **coughWade'scough**

Rob made an appearance a few weeks ago. I let him out of his basement corner for a few photo ops. He actually makes us look tan standing next to him. He's really shiny/sparkly white isn't he? Just lovely. Oh and how do you like our coincidental outfit coordination? Don't worry, I changed so we didn't look like exact twinsies. :)

I am finally beginning to catch back up on blog land, however if I haven’t been commenting a lot lately I apologize. It’s hard to get back up to date! I’m so glad it is the freakin weekend and we’re bout to have us a ball.

I am not doing a damn thing tonight. Hubs is traveling home from Santiago, Chile where he has been since Tuesday (after a ridiculous layover in Atlanta that was all jacked up) and I get to pick him up tomorrow morning from the airport. So tonight I plan on watching a chick flick, having a couple drinks and maybe some popcorn or something and relaxing under a blanket on the couch w/ my fur muffin, Kobe.

Speaking of my fur muffin, he had such bad gas the other night. Damn. He rarely farts and if he does the smell promptly dissipates since he is so small and it’s all good. However the other night I swear these things were so freaking stinky that they solidified in the air and I accidentally ate them. I had fart in my mouth. I know it. It was disgusting. And each time he’d do it he’d look up at me w/ these sad eyes like “sorry I just shit in your mouth but my tum feels like ass”. Barf. But definitely a face you can't stay mad at for shitting in your mouth. (That is a phrase I never thought I'd say).

Tomorrow night we are going to the Bormann’s abode for an ugly sweater party, drinks, National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation and white elephant gift exchange! It promises to be a GREAT time! Can’t wait! There will definitely be pictures of all the ugly sweaters. Wade's is awesome. I found it yesterday at a thrift store. Mine isn't holiday related but it's definitely ugly. The holiday related sweaters were impossible to find so I just settled on something that was heinous. I seriously wonder who the hell ever wore these damn things. They couldn't have possibly EVER been IN style. No flippin way.
